Numerously, I’ve been told to rest more. Today, I am taking it easy. I usually have the weekends off duty (exercising is my duty!) but in this week, I have to pull the plug now. Until I’ll put it back on tomorrow, I mean! 😉
It all comes down to, why I exercise?
-I have done these Vasa Concept exercises, abided the most of its guidelines for almost two years now and I’ve gotta say that, I’m astonished with the results! I noticed some of the impacts on my performance very early already, right after a month or so, but I was very tired all the time. But now I’ve got to say that, this is not only astonishing anymore, this is full on AMAZING!
Here’s a video I shot to my Instagram last night, when I came back from the FightBack space. I used not to be able to speak clearly, when I’m tired. This is me, after a super full day (5 hours exercising + stretching + yoga breathing!) and this is the way I was able to speak. 😛
I COULDN’T DO ANY OF THESE THINGS WHEN I STARTED! YOU HAVE TO TRUST IN WHAT YOU’RE DOING, WORK LIKE A DONKEY AND THEN, YOU MAY GET WHERE I’M COMING FROM HERE!!
