We came to Tahko on Saturday night with my girlfriend and mother. I’ve been skiing in Tahko two times before. Both of them were at least about 15 years ago and the reason I was here, was a ski racing competition both times. I skied only the racing tracks and ignoring pretty much everything else. Then I started free skiing and forgot about this place. They didn’t even have a good enough park back then…

I couldn’t believe it yesterday, when I skied in Tahko for the first time in years. This place is GREAT!
Yesterday was my first skiday in Tahko.
This was a few hours ago!
The slopes vary very well in difficulty, they are long, in good condition and even the park and kickers looked awesome! The hill is a few hundred kilometers below the big ones, which are generally loved by everyone in Lapland. I can’t believe that this is at least as good! I fell in love yet again. I love Tahko. And I still have a week of skiing here left! 😛
And oh yes, how’s my skiing?! It’s going better and better. It makes me happy. I love to learn!
